根據(jù)原國(guó)家質(zhì)檢總局《進(jìn)出口飼料和飼料添加劑檢驗(yàn)檢疫監(jiān)督管理辦法》規(guī)定，國(guó)家質(zhì)檢總局按照飼料產(chǎn)品種類分別制定進(jìn)口飼料的檢驗(yàn)檢疫要求。對(duì)首次向中國(guó)出口飼料的國(guó)家或者地區(qū)進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析，對(duì)曾經(jīng)或者正在向中國(guó)出口飼料的國(guó)家或者地區(qū)進(jìn)行回顧性審查，重點(diǎn)審查其飼料安全監(jiān)管體系。根據(jù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析或者回顧性審查結(jié)果，制定調(diào)整并公布允許進(jìn)口飼料的國(guó)家或者地區(qū)名單和飼料產(chǎn)品種類。對(duì)于未列入名錄的產(chǎn)品，需要按照《中華人民共和國(guó)國(guó)家質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)檢疫總局關(guān)于國(guó)外農(nóng)產(chǎn)品首次輸華檢驗(yàn)檢疫準(zhǔn)入程序》申請(qǐng)，并取得許可后才可以進(jìn)口。我們可以提供新產(chǎn)品的準(zhǔn)入及以準(zhǔn)入產(chǎn)品的新增企業(yè)咨詢及代理服務(wù)。

2018年4月起，根據(jù)國(guó)家部委調(diào)整方案，原AQSIQ準(zhǔn)入調(diào)整到海關(guān)總署GACC負(fù)責(zé)。

Feed Access Service of GACC(AQSIQ)

 我們將依據(jù)中國(guó)AQSIQ的準(zhǔn)入程序及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提供專業(yè)的顧問(wèn)及培訓(xùn)服務(wù)，主要包括以下：

Based on the access procedures and standards of AQSIQ in China, we will provide professional consulting and training services, mainly including:

1、 對(duì)申請(qǐng)企業(yè)進(jìn)行初評(píng)，以確定企業(yè)是否具備申請(qǐng)準(zhǔn)入的基本條件；

1. Preliminary assessing the enterprise applicant to determine whether it has the basic conditions for the access;

2、 依據(jù)企業(yè)的評(píng)估情況，派專家對(duì)申請(qǐng)企業(yè)進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)培訓(xùn)及輔導(dǎo)，為企業(yè)按照中國(guó)AQSIQ準(zhǔn)入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)建立管理措施，并對(duì)企業(yè)進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)入要求培訓(xùn)；

2. According to the assessment result, sending experts to conduct on-site training and guidance for the enterprise applicant, establishing management procedures in accordance with access standards of AQSIQ, and undertaking the access requirement training;

3、 指導(dǎo)企業(yè)通過(guò)本國(guó)管理機(jī)構(gòu)提出準(zhǔn)入申請(qǐng)；

3. Guiding the enterprise to apply for access through their domestic management agencies;

4、 指導(dǎo)企業(yè)答復(fù)中國(guó)AQSIQ產(chǎn)品問(wèn)卷；

4. Guiding the enterprise to reply to the product questionnaire of China's AQSIQ ;

5、 協(xié)助企業(yè)與使館進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品準(zhǔn)入溝通；

5. Assisting the enterprise to communicate the product access with the embassy.

6、 中國(guó)AQSIQ文件風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估的跟進(jìn)及反饋；

6.  Following up the feedback of the document risk assessment of AQSIQ.

7、 如遇AQSIQ現(xiàn)場(chǎng)評(píng)審，將進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)或陪同，對(duì)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行整改；

7. In case of on-site eva luation by AQSIQ, we will guide or accompany to rectify the problem;

8、 通過(guò)AQSIQ審核，總局進(jìn)行公示。

8. AQSIQ will make public issue after verification.
